Humpback whales are thankfully recovering in population in Australia. A Marine animal that I find Graceful, inspiring a sense of harmony & deep connection as I paint. 

For this colour study, I was inspired by Sunset pinks with under colours of dark blues, greens and hints of yellow. 
This sunset whale is painted on stained wood.
