Shipping and Refund Policy
All orders are made to order.
Goods cannot be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind. If the product is damaged during transit I will refund or exchange. In the case you receive a damage parcel please take photos and contact me (Sarah_copson@icloud.com) within 24hours of receiving your delivery.
Australian Delivery.
As an introductory offer I am offering free delivery on all Australian orders.
New Zealand Delivery.
As an introductory offer I am offering a flat rate of AUD25 on all orders. Please note that there are some limitations on tracking whilst your goods are in transit with Australia Post.
International Delivery.
As an introductory offer I am offering a flat rate of AUD45 on all orders. Please note that there are some limitations on tracking whilst your goods are in transit with Australia Post.
Customs.
Orders Shipped outside of Australia may need to pay duties and taxes applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed, are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Kind reminder: All orders are made to order so please allow 3-6 weeks to receive your beautiful piece. Might be slightly longer if you live internationally due to possible covid related shipping delays.
Once your Art has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number for your reference. Please note that if you have not authorised for the parcel to be left unattended and there is no one to sign on delivery, it will be taken to an Australia Post outlet or a Courier depot. You will receive a notice with details on your collection point.
Please note I do not cover costs of redelivery if there is a 'return to sender.
