This is Cecile. 

Cecile, my LION painting is created with fine quality oil paints. My technique is self developed and ever evolving. The oil paint is applied in layers. First I create a base layer - often in a contrasting tone to the final colours. I set the tone of the artwork with shadows and highlights. Once dried I apply a thicker coat of oil paint in sections and begin the process of carving - or removing -  stroke by stroke to create the final impression.

These are handmade to order; please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your beautiful artwork - may be longer if you live outside Australia. We will keep you updated on the delivery ETA. If you require the artwork in a specific time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to make it happen.
